Jamie Lee
Founder & President
Hey! I'm Jamie, the founder of Humanlee. I grew up in Hong Kong and now attend Choate Rosemary Hall in Connecticut. I started Humanlee because I noticed a growing dependence on AI among myself and my peers. At the same time, I also noticed a lack of guidance for students navigating through it. I wanted to dive deeper into how we can use AI better and protect what makes us human, and guide others to do the same.
Jacob Lee
Vice President & Head of Research
Yo! I’m Jacob, Vice President & Head of Research at Humanlee. I was born and raised in Hong Kong and now attend Williston Northampton School. I joined Humanlee because AI has already had a huge impact on my learning and work, and I want to explore how we can preserve the human side of education in an increasingly AI-driven world. Furthermore, I believe it’s imperative for others to understand this distinction as the line becomes more blurry.

What's up! I'm Cesar, Head of Growth & Content at Humanlee. I was born and raised in Darien, CT and now attend Choate Rosemary Hall. I joined Humanlee because I kept seeing classmates lean on AI in ways that replaced their own thinking instead of sharpening it, and I wanted to help build something that pushes back on that, a space where students could use AI as a tool without losing their own voice in the process.
